PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
I. Information Gathered on Our Platform
1. Information You Provide
Gold Exchange may ask you to provide personal information to identify you, complete your orders or register you to receive communications from us. This information may include your name, email or home addresses, phone number or credit card information, and it allows us to provide you with the services you request.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Gold Exchange, in addition to our advertisers and service providers, may automatically or passively collect information on how our site is used. This usage information allows us to tailor information to our visitors and your interests. It includes anonymous, aggregate information such as:
IP addresses, device and network characteristics and operating systems, language preferences, browser types, page views or 'clicks,' referring URLs, dates and times of visits and purchases, as well as clickstream data.
Banner beacons: Gold Exchange utilizes banner beacons (also called 'clear gifs' or 'pixel tags'), which are identifiers that indicate pages have been visited or emails have been read. Unlike cookies, banner beacons are embedded on websites and emails invisibly, and are not stored on a user's device. They may cause your browser to access content from another server. We use this technology to better understand the effectiveness of our content.
Google Analytics: Gold Exchange implements Google Analytics to gather anonymous information about your interaction with our sites and platforms. This information may be used to tailor advertising to better suit your interests. You may opt out of Google Analytics (see 'Opting Out').
3. Transfer of Information to and within the United States
Gold Exchange is headquartered in the United States. In using the Gold Exchange site and platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to and within the United States.
II. Sharing of Information
1. Entities Providing Services On Our Behalf
Gold Exchange may disclose information to those who help us in providing our products and services. These service providers may provide customer service, participate in marketing and promotions or analyze, store and protect data. All service providers are prohibited from sharing or selling your personally identifiable information.
2. Third Party Advertisers
Gold Exchange does not share personal information with third party advertisers. However, advertisers, sponsors and/or analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies and banner beacons to collect anonymous, aggregate information to better target their advertising. You may opt out of some targeted advertising (see 'Opt Out').
3. Business Changes and Transfers
If Gold Exchange is acquired by another entity, Gold Exchange may disclose user information we have collected as part of the due diligence process.
4. Legal Disclosure
Gold Exchange will disclose user information to law enforcement where required by law, such as at the request of authorities conducting investigations or to respond to emergencies. We disclose such information with the intent of protecting the rights, property, safety and security of the public at large.
Gold Exchange does not market to children under the age of thirteen, and will not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we become aware that one of our users is a child younger than thirteen, we will delete that person's information from our database.
Gold Exchange employs several security measures to protect your information, including Norton security systems, secure servers and website encryptions. We secure all credit card transactions through Authorize.net and Paypal, ecommerce merchants that employ information safeguards and fraud prevention. Although our security measures are extensive, no electronic transmission is ever 100% secure. Any information you provide over the Internet is provided at your own risk.

Advertising: You have the option to opt out of certain network advertising programs at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. Opting out of these programs does NOT prevent you from seeing advertisements while on our site or others, however, the advertising content will be less reliant on aggregate information, and therefore may be less relevant.
